Refund policy

We offer a FREE returns service for item/orders with a Nett value of over £50 (Mainland UK ONLY) and you can return any item to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange (subject to the following terms and conditions).

The item(s) must be repacked to make sure they are protected and cannot be damaged in transit; they must always be protected by outer packaging, e.g. do not send boots or helmets in just the manufacturers original box.
All returned items have to be as new, unused and in a resellable condition.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and have all the original manufacturer tags and labels.
If you reuse the external packaging we sent your goods in, please place the return label on the box ensuring you cover over your original delivery address.
Having received your return is NOT the same as having fully processed it – please allow time for our team to process your return
They must have been purchased for the personal private use (not for any commercial use) and only for the original intended use of the product(s).
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether if we deem than any of these terms have not been not complied with.
Returns where the Nett Value of the order is below £50 after deducting returned items, will be charged a £3.95 return postage charge when using our returns service.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days.

Returns are processed within 5 WORKING DAYS of being received back here.
